Iran is willing to reinitiate atomic negotiations with Washington as long as it is handled with "respect" and "honor", Iran's top diplomat has stated.

The Iranian diplomat said solely negotiations worked, and disclosed recent overtures had originated from mediators to reopen talks with the American leadership. He claimed Iran did not have undeclared nuclear sites, and Iran could not yet allow the UN nuclear inspectorate to inspect bombed nuclear sites for safety concerns.

Walking a Complex Route

Araghchi is treading a difficult route since Iran does not want appear to be acting from a situation of disadvantage, and he emphatically stated that Iran had come out stronger in military terms and psychologically from the joint assault on its enrichment centers in June.
