Also contained in this new image drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key labelling distinct areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters.
